Worried about warm weather spoiling your chocolates? We've got you covered with our No Melt Guarantee. Our intelligent system continuously monitors the temperature conditions at your package's destination. If necessary, we pack your order with ice to ensure that your chocolates arrive in perfect condition, regardless of the weather. Note that our Warm Weather Guarantee applies only to UPS Shipping, UPS 2-Day, UPS Next Day, and Free Shipping options.

Shipping & Delivery Guidelines

At checkout, you'll have the opportunity to review all available shipping options and their respective prices, which include Standard, UPS 2-Day, and UPS Next Day delivery. Please note that we can't guarantee Monday delivery, as adverse weather conditions could prevent us from shipping over the weekend.

During high-demand holiday seasons, namely Christmas (Nov-Dec), Valentine’s Day (Feb), and Easter (Mar-Apr), the processing times for orders might increase due to the high volume. Keep in mind that during these busy periods, all orders, including 2-Day shipments, could take an additional 1-3 business days to process because our chocolates are freshly crafted to order.

Please be aware that any orders placed after 1 p.m. on Thursday will be shipped on the next business day of the following week to ensure the chocolates do not melt during transit.

2-Day and Next-Day Delivery

The deadline for Next Day and 2-Day orders is 12 Noon PST daily. Orders placed after this time will be processed as if they were placed the following day. The delivery times for 2-Day and Next Day orders are counted in Business Days (Monday-Friday), excluding weekends. Based on the prevailing transit weather conditions for optimal product arrival, we reserve the right to determine when to ship orders. We avoid shipping items on Fridays to prevent them from sitting over the weekend.

In-Store Pickup

For customers who prefer to collect their orders from our store, select the pickup option during checkout. Pickup is available at our Miami, FL location. As all our chocolates are meticulously handcrafted to order, we can't accept cancellations for pickup orders. Please note that pickup availability and times may vary.

Local Miami Messenger Delivery

We provide a local messenger service for deliveries within the Miami area. While these services come at a premium, they ensure a specific delivery date. For price estimates or to schedule a local courier order, please call us at (786) 309-5566.

Gift Messages

If your order is a gift, you have the option to include a message in the cart area labelled "Sending a gift?" This option becomes available once you've added items to your cart.

General Shipping Information

USPS is the exclusive carrier that can deliver to PO Boxes or APO & FPO locations. For orders over $100 being shipped to these locations, please contact us. We aren't responsible for any inaccuracies in shipping addresses provided by the customer. Any additional costs or reshipments due to incorrect addresses will fall on the customer.

We work diligently to dispatch all orders promptly, processing them in the order they are received. Next Day and 2-Day orders are guaranteed to be shipped within a specific timeframe, while Standard Shipping & Free Shipping orders don't have a set delivery date. Given that our chocolates are handmade, larger orders may require more processing time.

We can't be held responsible for any delivery delays caused by the carrier, including weather and mechanical delays. Please plan accordingly, as delivery times may be extended due to current carrier conditions.

For international shipments, we aren't liable for any international customs fees, duties, clearance, tariffs, import taxes, or other charges assessed by any local office. We also can't be held accountable for any customs-related delays.

It's worth noting that we may delay shipment if the destination temperature exceeds 80 degrees for 2-Day shipping or 90 degrees for Next Day orders, to ensure that the chocolate arrives in optimal condition. Free shipping offers may not apply to states with high temperature climates that could risk damage to the product during transit. Shipping options may vary at checkout based on weather conditions.

Return Policy

As our business deals with handmade perishable food items, we regret that we can't accept returns. However, your satisfaction is our topmost priority. If there are any problems with your order, we encourage you to reach out to us so we can rectify them.

Our No Melt Guarantee ensures a replacement if your chocolate arrives melted due to warm weather. We request you to contact our Customer Support within 24 hours of receiving your order, providing a detailed description and photos to validate your claim, and we will arrange for a replacement or exchange.

Please note that our chocolates are perishable, and claims without appropriate supporting evidence will not be eligible for reshipment. We reserve the right to limit replacements. Instead of refunds, we either reship the item or replace it with another item of equal value.

Our guarantee applies only to orders that are correctly addressed and delivered on the first attempt. We can't guarantee the condition of the package if the carrier has to reroute your order due to incorrect addressing. Therefore, it's crucial to provide a correct street address, company name, suite or apartment numbers when necessary to ensure precise delivery.

We can't be held responsible for failed deliveries due to:

  • Incorrect or outdated addresses provided by you.
  • Lack of a valid suite or apartment number when necessary.
  • The recipient being unavailable or out of town.

Shipments returned or needing rerouting due to incorrect addresses will incur extra charges for reshipment. Extended transit time due to returns might result in damage and/or spoilage of the items. We may consider the returned items unfit for redelivery at our discretion, and any new replacement order will be at the customer’s expense.
